What is Innofiber?

Innofiber is a co-product of inulin extraction from the chicory root.  It is obtained after drying and agglomeration of chicory slices from which most of the chicory sugar (inulin) has been extracted.

What Innofiber product forms are available?

Innofiber is available as 6 mm pellets (Innofiber 6000), either as a coarse meal (Innofiber 2000, Innofiber 1000), either as a fine meal (Innofiber 500).
